Exactly, I haven't thought much of the mechanics of how you would tax the wealth pass from the 2nd generation to the 3rd, but it seems sort of fair that the 2nd generationg guy can only pass on to his heirs the wealth that he created, and not the wealth that he received. The goal of the whole process would be to reduce the aristocracy class.

Of course, I have no evidence to back up the idea that the government will do a better job of utilizing the wealth than the lazy 3rd generation heirs.

They aren't better than anyone else, that doesn't mean their money should be taken away. It is their wealth not yours and mine and Elroy's. Its not up to us to decide what to do with it.
