I don't think he has any idea what South Americans look like. Frankly, if you're from Brazil, you could look like anything. And I think in terms of the 7/7 bombers, the British media is saying "Asian" appearance when Americans would say Indian or Arab appearance. Most Americans think "Asian" start at about Burma or Thailand and goes East.

My Japanese wife has several times when travelling around the world been guessed to be South American. Incidentally the Japanese and the (American) Indians all have Mongolian ancestors and thus what one may no longer call "slant" eyes and dark skin. Really? What else? Do they think you're Asian when you have a tan and drunk a bottle of wine? He could have looked Latvian but you would say he looked Asian just so the cops are exonerated. Let's talk about your bias. The death of any third worlder will do when a crime has been committed. So, brilliant one, save your BS for Elroy and leave me out of it.
