I tried to keep it simple. Perhaps you would enjoy this more complicated look at Dynamic Revenue Estimating. I thought it was put together thoughtfully.

Well, you know how it is with us simple folk. You've got to make it simpler than you did. Gee whiz.

Have fun with the DRE stuff, Michael. If you have an argumen to make, go right ahead and make it.

But remember. I'm a hard case on this one. The only argument that would make sense to me is one of the variety CB makes in which taxes were lowered on small businesses which in turn generated some more tax revenue. That might happen, though not at the levels proposed by the Laffer curve arguments.
