So why did Bush ignore terrorism before 9-11, leave the job undone on the Taliban, forget about Osama Bin Lauden and sink all our defense resources in Iraq, a country which at the time did not have much to do with Arab terrorism? You can't have it both ways. If you want to fear-monger and scapegoat "arabs" you have to ask why Bush coddles the Saudis and trusts Pakistan, the two biggest sources of terrorism. And why he invaded and occupied Iraq which was a secular not Islamic government. I know the answer. Oil. AT least that's a big part of the answer. The rest of it is mainly incomptence. Plus some weird and disturbing connection between the Bush and Bin Lauden family.
