Justice takes time. Delay is also very powerful.Or was anyway. But he's quite vulnerable now. And once they get subpoenas to look inside his foundation, forget about it. It's like a rogue's gallery of regulated corporate special interest money, much of which is being used not to help needy kids, but to fund dirty tricks campaigns like the smearvets and the illegal Texas redistricting scheme. More good news is the Delay Defense Fund only raised 1/10th of what it did this quarter as compared to last. Only $41,000 raised. That shows DElay is giving off a harsh stink and isn't able to intimidate anymore.
