He did and that is why it is a different story. This reminds me alot about some of the neo-Nazi cases I've read about. Some charismatic neo-Nazi ideologue preaches hate and spread around a newsletter that incites some skinheads to murder some Jews or black people. Then they go to prison, but the guy who wrote the filth in the newsletter gets off scott free. That to me is the worst type of stupidity. It's very much like the mafia. They insulate their top dogs who only give general orders in code phrases, so they are hard to nail down. So we end up having to go after them for tax evasion and other such non-sense when everyone knows these guys are guilty as hell. We need to stop protecting the guilty in this country. It's a form of slow suicide to forego the common sense many of us were born with.
