When Rice became National Security Advisor, there was a man on her staff that had stated that Iraq had cooperating with al Qeada in attempting to developing chemical weapons in the Sudan. A few years later this same man wrote a critical book about Bush, but still maintains that Iraqis were assisting al Qeada develop chemical weapons. The man's name is Richard Clarke.
