Hi emmer, I've been around machining operations enough to know that if you could improve throughput time by 2X, ..the world would beat a path to your door...!! ACHI is talking about "..a 10x -to- 20X improvement in throughput.."!!! What that tells me is that you could hire 'pre-GED-grade' apprentice operators from the local Union Hall, stand them two-deep at the machining centers (..to cover bathroom and smoke breaks by either one..) and run two 12/7 shifts paying OverTime - and still beat the Holy Living Snot out of the best that any bunch of super-cheap Chinamen could offer. These guys are going to save a lot of American jobs, and bring top performance in the machining industry back to the USA - where it belongs..!!! I'm loving' it, ..Baby.................... John :-) .
