What do you call conning her agency into financing a trip for her unqualified husband? Do you think CIA would have used him without her juice? That money, remember, is OURS, not THEIRS. The only reason we will not see an indictment is because all the testimony would be too classified to be made into a case. The CIA understands that, which is why they are supposed to FIRE people like her instead. Of course, it goes back to Congressional oversight, which has failed, as usual. So it's really the same result as it always is: WE elected them, and THEY proved unreliable...
