Yes, and what you are willing to ignore is that two separate suicide attacks had just taken place resulting in several hundred people injured and almost a hundred killed. If that is not extreme circumstances that call for extreme vigilance, then I don't know what is. And what you choose to ignore is that an innocent man died needlessly.......killed not by terrorism but by hysteria. A man who was confronted by people in plainclothes waving guns and then panicked. It is a crying shame.
