I guess I ought to start questioning my assumptions instead of looking for, or inventing, evidence and arguments that justify my positions.

However, it did just occur to me that since consumption of natural gas is greater than it used to be, and is always increasing, the storage figures ought to be higher each year and the total storage should be increasing. It does not look as if that is happening.
