Lonmin Completes Compulsory Acquisition Of Remaining Shares Of Southern Platinum

Hello Dara. Besides this unfortunate SouthernEra warrant example does anyone happen to have any experience or reference to other instances where there was a cash takeover with warrants involved? In a cash transaction is there no consideration given to the warrant holder beyond intrinsic value at the time of closing? Thanks.
