Broidy should have waited. Halliburton is going to be a much bigger scandal as soon as Bushie refusal to investigate it is cleared out of the way. And btw: I never said Broisy was a great writer. The Carlyle book was not that great. He didn't connect all the dots well enough.

Halliburton should have been disciplined or even fired two years ago. It's at the heart of the Vietnam-like fat cat corruption (which goes directly to Dick Cheney) and ineptitude governing our awfully planned Iraq occupation. Now we are stuck there and Halliburton is the biggest winner. Our troops and the American taxpayers are then biggest losers. Osama Bin Lauden is also a big winner.

Let's hope we can reverse this in the next year or two.
I would like to see Osama and Halliburton both end up losers.
