I notice Dems like Buffett, Gates Sr, etc want to keep the Death Tax....This is because they have spend hundreds of thousands on expensive tax attorneys' and have most of their income and wealth in trusts and foundations....

"The money that is conveyed by wills, and trusts, have already been taxed by the IRS when they were earned. The death tax is double taxation, and I thought we fought a war against that sort of thing."

The death tax is immoral and indefensible. No taxation without respiration!
