Russ a little front line anecdotal news from what I can tell. It seems that my banks retail business is slowing and so is their wholesale business from brokers in the Portland metro area and across the river in Vancouver. We are relatively quite small as a % of retail loans in this area but quite large as % of providing funds to retail mom and pop brokers. So all and all maybe a slowdown is on the way this past few weeks. Tom
