Please dont BS the thread. 9-11 happeneg on Bush's watch, after Bush ignored several obvious warnings, closed down the Al Qaida desk in the WH and had the FBi lay off the Saudis. Bush needs to apologize to the 9-11 victims families. Furthermore, the USS Cole attack happened so late in Clinton's 2nd term that it became Bush's responsibility to avenge it. Bush did nothing. Bush and Rice did absolutely nothing on terrorism. Zilch. Never even mentioned the word until - whoops - Bush's friends kid Osama attacked on 9-11.
