I would have the message be much more targeted. I would focus on the many positive Imams around the world who have not embraced suicide attacks on anyone. I would stress the good behavior of most of the Muslims in the West. I would strongly suggest that all Muslims and non- Muslims who want peace work together to expose the messages of the radical Muslim Imams, and exhort moderate Muslims to be very careful about their charity choices. Charity is very important to Muslims, and perhaps the moderate Muslims could get together to point out charities that are not giving any money to support any causes that overlap with any organizations which sanction or support suicide bombing. I would want to stress that I understood the political frustration people feel when they are meeting a superior force, and that the forces which confront different Muslim groups, in different situations around the globe, all have different components. All situations may involve some use of suicide bombers, but all the different groups have different goals, and are responding to different stimuli. I would urge targeted specific action, bearing in mind everything I just said above, and I would urge people always to keep in mind that whatever action one takes, one should make sure the reaction will not be worse than the original stimulus. That's off the top of my head. Given several days to write it I could probably do a much better job. But that gives you a sense of where I'm coming from.
