To say the least there has been a nice move in a lot of the Biotechs recently.

Looking at these charts longer term rather in trading on a weekly basis, this is the first sign of real life that we have
seen in many of these since the crash.

What I am wondering is whether or not this is the first big move(the first leg up) for the Biotech's with more to come.

It's easy to be bullish when stocks are moving----however we are now seeing volumes not seen for years, I am wondering about biotech's as a sector and more waves to come in a move up.

What are your thoughts on this?

Appreciate the monitoring you are doing on all of these stocks.

VPHM Was able to hit my "target" of 14 today after it started on another upmove yesterday.<g>

Yesterday AHs it was up another 8% to 11.86 when it announced that it was increasing the price of Vancocin in the US. (The cost to wholesalers on 20 capsules was increase from $195 to $242 on the 125mgs and to $446 from $368 for the 250mgs.)

They mentioned that the price increase was not factored in at the time of their "guidance" on August 2.<g>

The stock was up more than 29% today on volume of 20,549,008 (apparently with the help of some short covering.<g>)
