Well, it would never actually become the 3rd heir's money. If you're stealing it, you're stealing it from the dead guy who didn't create enough in his lifetime to be able to pass it on to his kid.

Do you think society is better off if Paris Hilton's kids inherit $100 million or if the $100 million is redistributed into the general population?
