That too but what does an idiot teacher have to do with anything Because the attitude seems to assume it is the parent that the child needs protection from. Whats the childs recourse if the parent has been taken out of the decision process by bad advice from a teacher who has no business making these decisions?

Your words suggest a lack of comprehension of basic biology. After any sexual intercourse a child may be conceived. Once conceived the question is does the mother murder her child or not. Does the grandfather have a right to speak for the life of his grandchild. If in fact a teacher sees physical abuse, only the cowardly teacher does nothing. Is a child guilty because of the circumstances of it conception? That is a very Anti-American point of view. Presumed guilt of a child for the actions of it's parents. The nazis said those born to Jewish parents were guilty and thus aborted their lives. That is also an Anti-American point of view.
