And the other problem is, some of these illegals think the southwest belongs to them. NOOOOOO. But it will someday. Santa Anna conceded territories to us as war reparations after the Mexican American War. Why do we always have to be so NICE. RE: slavery in the US. The Spaniards worked their slaves to death within a few years and killed off the indigenous people with an alacrity American troops of the time could only dream about... And why are Mexicans a minority anyway. Who thinks of these things?

I am all for immigration, all for hispanic people as long as they come here LEGALLY. This country should not be a dumping ground for people Vincente Fox wants to get rid of and should not leave the borders so porous as to allow terrorists in. IMHO
