Huge military machinery is not useful against terrorists. What's best for zapping terrorists are small SpecOps and CIA/FBI agent types working on good intelligence with local authorities. Very difficult to do but it works.

What doesn't work and even makes things much worse is invading entire countries and trying to occupy them. This has been proven in Iraq where terrorism is up 400% this year over last. Including wounded we now have over 15,000 casualties.

How many actual terrorists have been killed in Iraq vs. how many more new terrorists created? I'll bet when you add it all up, we've created twice as many as we've destroyed. That's all due to Bush's lack of planning and foresight.
