Bush is the one who let 9-11 happen. Not CLinton. Clinton had a 24-7 Al Qaida desk in the WH and tok decisive action against Osama. It was unfortunately not successful, but Clinton spent 450 million bucks on cruise missiles against Al Qaida and organized a secret Pakistani hit squad. I heard Bush disbanded all Clinton counter-terror ops when he came into power and didn't replace them with anything at all. Bush was completely AWOl on terror and since Tora Bora has made things much worse than they were before.
