Thanks, Henry.... Upon reflection, the headline in question was technically accurate (hopefully), but it implied conclusions that are wholely inaccurate... and was likely to mislead the general reader. IMO, the headline was very sloppy. (Not to even mention the fact that the body of the piece failed to reference at all the far more important contemporary news from Russia --- that you posted, thanks again --- which contradicted the implication of 'the problem is contained' that the headline cast....)
