Be informed! Read the New York Times. Today, the Times has a detailed, objective and thorough discussion of North Korea's nuclear testing program complete with photos and maps. No other news media consistently offers this kind of coverage.

Upon reflection, the headline in question was technically accurate (hopefully), but it implied conclusions that are wholely inaccurate... and was likely to mislead the general reader.

IMO, the headline was very sloppy. (Not to even mention the fact that the body of the piece failed to reference at all the far more important contemporary news from Russia --- that you posted, thanks again --- which contradicted the implication of 'the problem is contained' that the headline cast....)
