I want to wait till my kids chug through secondary school so they don't have to go into therapy later on for having to change schools <g> That, plus I think in real dollars getting a vacation home will be far more affordable in 10 years, assuming my job hangs around. Renting works for now and maybe it will seem best then too since I won't have to commit to the beach place or the place in the mountains or whatever. Plus my primary house will be paid off in about 10 years.
