From today's Arizona Republic

Two widely quoted (and permanently bullish) housing analysts, who write the Phoenix Housing Market Letter, said that "only a calamitous event can knock the market offtrack."

The article also said that "escrow closings were up 30% year over year for June and 22.5% for the first half of this year."
