You're gonna be like me; staring out of a window at the big fat pipe running by that I can't tap into. I don't see why these guys don't plug the island into it and grab some before it goes to that hydroelectric project. You could even do both; build a reservoir, and pump water when there is xs power; use the water when the wind is low. So, now you have to get them to make their own biodiesel :>)
