Well, I can tell you for FACT those 18 million shares are not going to employees only, Rhonda has verified that for me, and the SEC Filings regarding what ACHI calls "Employee Stock Plan" clearly state that these shares can be given to contractors and others."Isn't it also interesting that he knew exactly which Board to go to to whine to you, without having to ask anybody on SI for "..directions.." or expressing his "..outrage.." elswhere rocket surgery ! Freebie members like myself cannot send private messages, the only place I saw to bring up a grievance with the folks that run this site was on another board. I have no idea who else you banned, or on what other thread(s), the banning of me after four posts, outlined above, was a ludicrous action from a stock pumping cheerleader, IMO.
