Sorry to butt in, but babies contribute plenty to the happiness of their parents. So I wouldn't call them a parasite after they are born...as a good general rule, I'd say a fetus is a human being if it can survive for at least a day on its own. I think this means after 6 months of gestation we can consider the fetus an unborn baby.
