I think selling to cover excercise price should be pretty trivial

If they earn anywhere between Jacks .02 and my .04 there are going to be a flood of new shareholders coming in. This just screams value to much for that to not be the case.

And don't forget that the higher the price the fewer shares they have to sell to cover. Its always nice if noone is selling but I wouldn't worry about a relative handful of shares hitting the market. If the numbers are there share price will more than take care of itself.
