CNBC is so bad (stocks) they have to talk about real estate. The same bunch of people that were flipping stocks in 2000 are flipping real estate. Next thing you know they will be calling it RENBC.

Yes. SI is down under as for high tech discours. Any better thread around? Not even Nokia has a daily post in these days.
I use to have some big bets going on with some of the pros - and lost them because my predictions were premature. Did happen a year later. Now its down to fighting it out with Ted on liberal logic et al.
