Thought it might have been something like that. But the percentage change is the same. If they hadn't done the reverse split it would have been from $40 to $0.004. Still a fall to one 10,000th the former value and Bernie in charge the whole time.
I've never seen a Reverse Split do a stock any good. It doesn't fix the problems causing the stock to drop, it only delays the delisting for a while. I find the top management holding on to their jobs the most disturbing thing about the Reorganization. I can understand a company getting into too much debt and going bankrupt, but for those most responsible to hold on to their jobs!
