A lot of people have everything riding on the bubble, including the Shrubites, Greenie, and many other politicos. When the Naz bubble went ballistic, you could hardly hear those bleating warnings over the roar of proclamations like "Cicso will be the first trillion dollar stock" etc. Realtors and brokers must be punch drunk by now and believing that the party will go on forever. Don't confuse them with thoughts like 500k today plus 20% for just 10 years (hardly forever...) would mean 3 million in 2015. A 30-year mortgage plus taxes and insurance would be $9500 to $10000/month. Party on, dude!
