Roger Hitchcock challenged average Americans this morning on the radio. He asked: 1. Name the seven astronauts. 2. What is their mission? 3. How much will it cost? 4. Is this mission vital? Most Americans can't put a name to these brave souls...... unless there is a tragedy.....or tell us why they expend so much time and energy in the first place. And his point is; a stated and objective mission is necessary in order to justify them. Most of us don't have a clue as to why they do what they do.
