How on Earth could he be set up to be killed? All he'd have to do is put his arms up, surrender, and the cunning terrorist plan would have been foiled and he'd be alive. What a daft idea. That would mean he was in cahoots with them and the police say he wasn't. You mean the terrorists sent him out as a decoy so they could slip out the other door while the police chased him? It looks as though the terrorists are doing well. They have the British panicking now, shooting the innocent, disrupting things, making new laws, introducing summary execution, banning free speech.
