qcoman: No, I have not.

About the only info you get from ACHI is the technical details on the patents. They've given some lofty annual revenue estimates for when they have penetrated their intended markets, somewhere in the neighborhood fo $200 million, I need to go back and find that info as it was published a long time ago. It was not in a whitepaper and I don't know what research they did to project such a number. To date they have zero revs from LACC - hopefully that will change with the announcement of a contract this week.

I do know that LACC is not meant for all types of machining, it works best on non-ferrous metals. The company has stated had they acquired APM, LACC would not be appropriate for all jobs there (they never did say what percentage of APM's work it WOULD apply to). I'm still attempting to obtain that info from someone at APM - hoping to have it soon. The company has also stated that when KSI is acquired, none of the work currently being done there is suitable for LACC, they planned to setup equipment in unused portions of the KSI facility to run LACC jobs. I really liked that scenario as that would obtain revenue from both LACC work and non-LACC work, diversity can be good. As it stands now, they have the laser/robot setup at KSI, but still do not have the turning equipment according to my last contact with IR person Rhonda Windsor. They also do not own KSI yet, they have a License Agreement with them so they can use KSI's Tier 1 status to bid on major automotive jobs.
