The Power of Nightmares didn't say terrorism was not a threat- and the quote I gave you says that it did say that. So that is what the spin comment has to do with it. He is obviously spinning his perception of the program. It was produced after 9/11 after all. It's premise was that the threat of terrorism was being used to manipulate people by fear. I wouldn't say that's been shaken at all.
