Conception makes more sense than some arbitrary moment during birth. If a baby is induced, and then killed, why should that be murder, if the end result is the same as a late abortion? If you want to be consistent with your beliefs, I think you should agree that we should not punish mothers who give birth in secret and kill their baby. The arguments for this and for 3rd trimester abortion are exactly the same. It's ridiculously arbitrary that an action is legal one moment and then murder the next.

"When exactly does the soul fairy come and drop off some human rights for the baby?" What do you think? Do you think there is a "soul fairy" as you stated?? What is your evidence for a "soul fairy"?? IF there is a "soul fairy"...how does that permit the violation of a pregnant women's right to her body?? This is not about fairies DUH)--it is about RIGHTS.
