couldn't read the writing. benefits costs are 3% less in canada per person. I assume that to be soc sec and other benefits. national health care must be included there somewhere or is that a separate tax on the individual and not in benefit package overhead?

i see electric, much cheaper and other commodities to run a plant must be a lot cheaper.. water , heat, land, and local taxes then of course labor rates .

thanks.
