Previously DITECH was using 'current' low interest rates as the hook in their TV ads. I saw a new DITECH ad yesterday that showed a chart of rising short-term interest rates, asked "Where is your new rate going to be?" and suggested that perhaps it's time for those with ARMs to switch to Firms...so there must be some fear out there for DITECH to use it as a hook.
