Shouldn't they soon change the wording from "bought a house" to "renting a house". Doubt many will stay around to see their final payments.. With the new bankruptcy law going into effect this fall, many will be in for a rude awakening in 06. Maybe the lenders are not a dumb as we make them out to be? Should we see hyper-inflation (helicopter money), the lenders will get the assets back, and resell them, in bulk, to the Chinese. Of course, they will pay with inflated dollars- but who cares- they will own the deed.. Not bad IMHO...
