Likely because 1) never owned a stock, 2) or if he/she did, likely it did not dole out dividends, and 3) if he/she did in fact ever buy a share of anything, it was likely a monster dog that lost huge, so no dividend income. As far as I can tell, the best AS can ever hope for is a tax loss.

That's actually good! It's stock related (in spirit of fair game here) -- even if from a political thread, thus bridging that gap which has been a source of contention here recently. Your nomination is seconded.
