Everything in that article is apparently true, but its not even the latest. I understand Durbin LEAKED a LIE that Roberts told him he would abstain if a matter came up that offended his religious convictions. Roberts of course denied he ever said that, then NOW we find that Durbin also denies he said that. Apparently Durbin was trying to pull a fast one a leak a lie but when both the reporter and Roberts stuck to their guns Durbin had to back down. Honest to God, this guy is one filthy liar, but worse A SNEAK. Putrid little fellow, unworthy of the likes of jimmy hoffa. jdn

Durbin has finally apologized for his outrageous affront. He did not apologize due to pressure from the so-called "mainstream media." He did so because some Americans heard it on cable news, talk radio or the Internet, outlets ever more reliable at the business of reporting news than their counterparts, who have lost sight of their most basic responsibilities.

Power to the people.
