Corporate and personal income taxes are a bit lower

corporate may be lower ,, but not personal income taxes.we start off with a 10% tax up to 14,000 then 15% to 56,800 and then 25% to 114,650. then 28% to 174,000 etc.
our state taxes are not close to provincial taxes. pa is 3.1% and tax forgiveness for low income. some states may be up to 8% but i believe their's is not a flat tax, you can itemize deductions to reduce the overall tax.

our sales tax or your sales tax and value added tax are not close. i think we are much lower. and federal or provincal taxes of fuel are quite high.

overall i believe taxes for personal income is very high in Canada compared to the states.

Does Canada still give a monthly child allowance?
