No Taxation without Respiration! "Except for those with no income and all assets..a lot of assets or a lot of unrealized capital gains." What caused the "Capital Gains"? What if the assets are worth no more than when purchased in inflation adjusted money? Lets say your grandmother left you a farm in the wilderness. It is appraised with the same buying power as it was worth when she inherited it from your great grandfather. Should taxes be due? No Taxation Without Respiration!
