Thanks, John. I have a relative that owns six houses in and around Palm Springs, and I asked her what might cause her to consider selling and she said a rise to 7% on the 30 year mortgage might do it. She's not a pro by any means, and I don't know how she arrived at that stop, but at least she has a stop in mind, so I give her credit for having some kind of exit strategy.

How would you play the SD figures? Would you use conventional TA and plot a trendline and look for a break, or look for bearish chart patterns, or something else?
