I'd go with no moderated threads, but the left wing echo chambers will never agree to that. Given that can't be had, I prefer the old system- -permanent bans and prebans.

And who is going to act as my tickler file? :-) Don't get me wrong. I'd rather there be no bans at all. But some folks think they have a Constitutional right to pee in other peoples Wheaties when ever they want. They leave you two choices. Allow your thread to become a worthless shouting match replete with personal attacks where anything goes. Or be labeled as an extremist who censors "free speech" & only allows fellow ideologues & sycophants to post.
