I personally witnessed the credible first person testimony that proved billy rapist was indeed billy rapist. Has billy rapist ever defined what consensual is to billy rapist? I figure is as good as being in Cambodia on Christmas. the ever gullible believe billy rapist's claim he never had rape with that woman. I simply don't take lying billy rapist's word. I take the word of those who called him and have proved him a liar just like you.
