Those who make the rules are the biggest beneficiary.

Maybe we need another revolution!

Term limits might help but I don't see congress limiting their power.

I think the closet thing to a revolution fizzled out with Ross Perot. Now people are afraid to vote for a third party candidate because of the consequences. (Perot = Clinton victory; Nader = Bush victory)
