Did he know the house was under surveillance? Being guilty of brown skin is usually not considered a major offence these days. I do dislike the jacket culture which is everywhere, even on what I think is a pretty warm day - they look like toughs and that's the message they want to give. But I don't think they should be shot for it, or even arrested. Fleeing into the tube? He wasn't running, he was on a bus, then ran into the tube [the details of which we don't yet know - secret info you know, this running business; could give operational secrets to terrorists if we discuss running style].

I think police should be treated as lethal wacos and he would probably have been alive now if he had realized they were police [which he might not have done since they were disguised] and had lain on his face on the ground. They aren't the brightest people and lots of them are very aggressive macho thug people, so best to treat them as they wish to be treated.
